Our "Deluxe Holiday Home", with its 2o9m² (approx. 2.25o sq ft) of space, can accommodate up to 12 people.
It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable king-size box-spring beds and 3 living-bedrooms with comfortable fold-out box-spring sofa beds. Each floor has a desk and a wardrobe with a laptop safe.
There is also a kitchen and at least one dining area on every floor. The kitchens are equipped with crockery from Villeroy & Boch, cutlery from WMF, cookware from Fissler, and electrical appliances from Liebherr, Siemens and Gastroback. Cooking and baking utensils are also provided. Please understand that, for hygiene reasons, we do not keep any spices or other foodstuffs in the kitchen cupboards that could be contaminated by germs. Our nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. If you are arriving on a Sunday or a public holiday, please let us know in advance if you would like us to arrange a shopping service for you.
The spacious living rooms feature a comfortable sofa, a cosy reading armchair and an antique display cabinet or writing desk, which also contains a selection of board games.
In the basement, the living/dining room has a dining table seating 8 people, which we can extend on request. On the first floor, the dining area is located solely in the kitchen. The top floor has a dining area for 4–5 people in the living room.
Each of the lockable bathrooms is equipped with a washbasin, hairdryer, toilet and shower.
A bicycle storage room with CCTV is available on request for storing bicycles and e-bikes. Please let us know before you arrive so that we can arrange access to the storage room for you. The accommodation is an ideal base for tours and exciting excursions! On the first floor, there is a library with books, DVDs and board games.
The holiday flat is equipped with a Panasonic HD flat-screen satellite TV, Yamaha soundbars, free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet, and a digital access system with personal door codes.
Check-in is from 4.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am at the latest.
