The “Schlossblick” flat, which measures approximately 61 m² (approx. 657 sq ft), is situated on the top floor of the Art Nouveau villa. The dormer windows in the rooms give this small attic flat a wonderfully cosy feel.
It has a bedroom with a box-spring bed, a living/dining room with a fold-out box-spring sofa bed, a dining table for 4–5 people, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the stairwell on the first floor, there is a small library with books, DVDs and board games, which is available for all guests to use free of charge.
The kitchen is fitted with crockery by Villeroy & Boch, cutlery by WMF, cookware by Fissler and electrical appliances by Liebherr, Siemens and Gastroback.
A bicycle storage room with CCTV is available on request for storing bicycles and e-bikes. Please let us know before you arrive so that we can arrange access to the storage room for you.
The holiday flat is equipped with two Panasonic HD flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a Yamaha soundbar, free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet and a digital entry system with personalised door codes.

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful historic Art Nouveau villa, built in 1926. It is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Merzig and offers views of the neighbouring Fellenberg Castle and the Garden of the Arts. In 2021, the villa was lovingly renovated and refurbished, and today – 100 years after it was built – it offers our guests the very latest in modern comforts.
Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and the pedestrianised area with its attractive shops are all within a few minutes’ walk. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday villa, alongside the Saar-Apartments, culture lovers can visit the Fellenberg Castle Museum and Paul Schneider’s sculpture park, St Peter’s – the largest surviving Romanesque church – and the Fellenberg Mill. Merzig Town Hall and the town park are approximately 1 kilometre away, the railway station 1.5 kilometres away and the motorway 2 km away. The Werner Freund Wolf Park is just 3.5 km away.
